EAPC was incorporated in Tallinn, Estonia as a private limited company (OÜ) under Reg. No. 17511093. Estonia's digital-first governance framework ensures permanent, publicly verifiable registration, accessible to anyone worldwide via the Estonian Business Register.
EAPC built its accreditation and certification framework in conformity with ISO/IEC 17024:2012, the international standard for personnel certification bodies. This shapes every element of how we assess candidates, govern certification decisions, and maintain records.
EAPC was approved as a Continuing Professional Development provider by The CPD Group (Provider #790200), a UK-recognised professional development standards body. CPD approval is publicly verifiable at thecpdregister.com.
