The Accreditation Process

From First Enquiry to
Certified Graduates.

Eight structured stages. A dedicated coordinator at every step. From your initial contact to your first cohort of EAPC-certified professionals.

The 8-Stage Journey

What Happens, and When.

The accreditation process is designed to be clear, structured, and fully supported at every stage. Most providers complete Stages 1 through 4 within two to three weeks of initial contact.

1
Initial Contact
Submit Your Enquiry
You submit an initial enquiry via our application form or by email to info@eapcglobal.eu. EAPC acknowledges all enquiries within 24 hours and assigns a regional coordinator as your single point of contact from this point forward.
2
Verification
Organisation Verification (KYC)
Your coordinator conducts a straightforward Know Your Client review, confirming your organisation's legal registration, domain of operation, and the programmes you intend to accredit. This typically takes one to two business days.
3
Registration
Formal Registration as an EAPC Provider
Your organisation is formally registered as an EAPC Accredited Provider. You receive your provider reference number, your EAPC Accredited Provider badge, and access to the provider portal. An ISO advisory session with your coordinator is included at this stage.
4
Agreement
MOU Signing and Onboarding
A Memorandum of Understanding is signed between your organisation and EAPC, formalising the accreditation relationship. You receive a full onboarding welcome pack covering all processes, timelines, and responsibilities.
5
Preparation
Programme Submission and Candidate Preparation
You submit your programme documentation for accreditation review (EUR 50 per programme). Once accredited, you prepare your candidate list for the upcoming cohort and confirm assessment scheduling and payment for candidate certifications.
6
Assessment
Assessment Day
EAPC administers the assessment independently. Each candidate receives a unique, secure assessment link. The assessment is monitored and results are recorded independently before any pass/fail determination is communicated. Candidates complete the assessment in their own time during the designated assessment window.
7
Certification
Certificates and LinkedIn Badges Issued
The Certification Board reviews results and confirms pass/fail determinations. Successful candidates receive their EAPC certificate and a verified LinkedIn badge within 5 business days of the assessment window closing. Every certificate is registered in the EAPC public verification database at issuance.
8
Alumni and Renewal
EAPC Circle and Next Cohort Planning
Certified graduates are automatically invited to join the EAPC Circle alumni community. Your coordinator follows up with cohort outcomes, certification renewal timelines, and planning for your next programme or cohort. The relationship continues beyond a single certification cycle.
